Rules Royals Club

Welcome to the Royals Club! To ensure the well-being and safety of all members, we ask everyone to abide by the following rules. These are based on legal requirements and the club philosophy to create a respectful and relaxed space for all.

1. Minimum age 21 years – entry only with a valid identity card or passport

Access to the club is only permitted to members with a valid identity document. This can be an identity card or passport. Access is not possible without an identity document, minimum age 21 years.

2. Indication of a Spanish address required

Every member must provide a valid Spanish address when registering. This is necessary to comply with legal requirements in Spain.

3. A representative is a prerequisite for anyone interested in our association

Everyone who is interested in becoming a member of our association needs a representative who will vouch for him as a sponsor and thus enable access to our private association.

4. No large pieces of luggage

For security and space reasons, it is not permitted to bring large bags or rucksacks into the club. Small handbags or rucksacks for personal items are permitted.

5. Minimum stay of 30 minutes

Members must stay in the club for at least 30 minutes. We want to ensure that the club is used as a place to relax and not as a place to pass through. This rule also serves to protect the club and the community.

6. Do not enter or leave the club smoking

Out of consideration for the environment, laws and above all society, it is strictly forbidden to enter or leave the club smoking or with a lit cigarette or joint.

7. No entry in large groups

To protect the neighbourhood, we ask you to come in small groups at most. By behaving discreetly, we contribute to harmony within the neighbourhood and surrounding area.

8. Politeness and respect towards other members

Treating each other with respect is at the heart of our club. Every member is obliged to be polite and respectful and to look out for others. Discriminatory, aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

9. No access for persons under the influence of alcohol

As harmony is our top priority, negative alcoholic behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to exclusion.

10. Discretion and prohibition of photos

We will tape your camera! Discretion is the top priority in the Royals Club. It is strictly forbidden to take photos or videos in the club. This applies to both the premises and the members. To ensure this, we will check your camera when you leave the club.

11. Do not take cannabis outside

The consumption and possession of cannabis is only permitted inside the club. It is forbidden to take cannabis products outside. Above all, this protects you from legal consequences.

12. Illegal items are strictly prohibited

Bringing and carrying illegal items (weapons, illegal drugs, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from membership.

13. Checks at the door

To ensure that all rules are adhered to, we carry out checks at the door. These checks are carried out in the same way as the police would to ensure security in the club. We do this when entering and leaving the club premises.

Supplementary rules:

• Cleanliness and maintenance of the premises: All members are asked to leave their space clean. Waste should be disposed of in the bins provided and club equipment is expected to be treated with care.

• No distribution of cannabis to non-members: It is strictly forbidden to pass cannabis to anyone outside the club or to non-members.

• Respect for the neighbourhood: Members should also behave discreetly outside the club and be considerate of the neighbourhood. Loud behaviour or unwanted attention should be avoided.

• Responsible consumption: The club encourages responsible consumption of cannabis. Excessive use or behaviour that adversely affects other members is not acceptable.
